Very interesting museum and the exhibition contains just the right amount of information for adults and children. You can walk inside a big ship and see its different parts. The shells collection is also diverse and beautiful.

Wheelchair accessible. Offers a great view into old Portuguese fishing traditions, very very Nice tour. Took me 2 hours. Has a library with Portuguese books that are referenced throughout the tour.

Interesting museu. You can walk into the ship ! However, there is no explanations in English on the walls, you can buy a book with explanations or download an application to have access to it.
