An absolutely stunning place to view Kobe. We went at at night, an intentional choice, to see the city lit up. Around 8pm, the waterfront puts in a light show, and it was far away, but very pretty. A very, VERY, cute spot to take a ph…

Nice views of the city, there is a bus you can take from the station then you hike for about 10 minutes to reach the top. There is a vending machine + toilet at the top.

Nice park to visit for a hike up to the top for great view of Kobe. Bit of a climb but easy enough if you are capable and fit.
