Nice little escape for the kids hidden in the streets of kyoto. Has restrooms, seating benches and a drink fountain. 2 swings, and a couple of slippery slides.

Seems like a nice park for toddlers spending their afternoon, but all I found was workers on their breaks. There's a fountain without flowing (or any) water in it.
