It’s a great little spa (one sauna, 2 cold baths, a shower, a locker) in a town center. I took 1 hour “drop-in” session. I met only one more guest during this time. It wasn’t crowded, a plenty of room for at least 4 people. No confusion…

Great spot! A sauna that reaches 92 degrees and 2 ice baths, one at 3 degrees and the other at 7 degrees. The place is neat and clean. Great session of hot and cold therapy. I highly recommend it. With a great location in the center
