Not on par with other similar chains, but the lack of crowd is surely nice, not sure if that counts as a plus point. Had to wait quite a bit for the good to arrive. But anyways meh.

At ChicKing kottakkal I found fungus on the burger bun. The staff said they get new buns daily, but the bun was frozen, stale, and broke into pieces. It was not fresh or soft. Very bad experience. I totally disappointed

Great experience overall! The service was excellent, and special thanks to Basith he was very friendly attentive and gave really good food suggestions... The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Just one small personal suggest…
