It is one of the oldest parks in the city. Needs a lot of maintenance for upkeep and safety. There's a lot of homeless people sleeping around.

Great urban park. This is in the heart of the city. You can still hear the hustle and bustle of cars but it's beautiful regardless since you're surrounded by trees. Very serene! Did not see a restroom. No tickets required.
