It's easily accessible by car. The parking lot is spacious, and there were people practicing on the nearby tennis courts, so I didn't feel scared.

I went to see the cherry blossoms, and there were so many of them... or rather, the view of the cherry blossoms and Hiroshima city was amazing. There are also tennis courts and a small baseball field, so I think it's quite well-equipped.
