Queued for 45 min and give up. Hope the staff can implement the crowd control or time limit for the bike ride. Many people just ride and stop at half way to take photo.

heavy rain spoiled the occasion there was anyway no cherry blossom in the elevated rail bicycle area so that saves you the 100 yen there is a free elevator up the observation. tower you can pervey the entire park area
