My second visit to the park for the Shiba-sakura in late April. It was not as crowded in the morning. The view was simply stunning! Entrance fee during the season is 500 yen per person.

Hitsujiyama is a world-famous garden of moss phlox. It was about a 15-20 minute walk from Ohanabatake Station. The stairs leading up the hill were very steep. The entrance fee was 500 yen. The flowers were truly magnificent. Thank you!
