There are nine floors to shop in HCO and we are delighted to see many local brands on sale. We like North Face white label in Korea and got three bags from at a very good price! The tax refund can be done via a machine counter at level 2…

Vertical outlet mall, 8-9 floors up. Sells US brands with discounts. Good to spend time here for a modern mall while waiting for the wholesale mall to open at the surrounding areas

Not worth a visit for foreigners Mostly local brands Not exactly ‘outlet’ discounts for international brand is very minimal The most is Tommy Hilfiger at 50% which is very normal as in the us it’s more than that
