What this site is
TopSpotsReviews ranks places — restaurants, things to do, cafés, stays, shopping and nightlife — in cities worldwide, using rating and review data from Google Maps. It is an informational service, free to browse.
Accuracy
Ratings, review counts, opening hours, prices and photos originate from Google and are cached for a period, so they can be out of date or incorrect at the moment you read them. Always confirm hours, prices and availability with the place itself before travelling. We provide no warranty that any information is accurate, complete or current.
How the ranking works
Positions are computed automatically from rating and review data using a Bayesian score, described in detail on the "How it works" page. Nobody can pay to be ranked higher. If sponsored placement is ever offered, it will occupy a separate, clearly labelled slot and will not alter the organic ranking.
Bookings and third parties
No reservation, purchase or payment happens on this site. Links may take you to third parties such as booking platforms, ticket sellers or the venue's own website, and from that point their terms and privacy policies govern the transaction. We are not a party to it and have no responsibility for it.
Affiliate links and advertising
Some outbound links may be affiliate links, and the site may display advertising. See the affiliate disclosure page for details. This never changes the price you pay and never changes the ranking.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from reliance on the information shown, including decisions about where to eat, stay or travel.
